1.1 How do I create a business account on Aliwala?
A: Visit aliwala.in or download the Aliwala app from the Google Play Store. Tap "Register as Business" and fill in your company name, GST number, and PAN card details. You may also be asked to upload supporting documents such as your GST certificate or business licence. Our team verifies and approves your account within 24–48 hours.
1.2 Can I add multiple users from my company to one account?
A: Yes. Once your business account is approved, you can invite team members — such as your purchase manager or accounts executive — and assign them roles with different levels of access. This way your entire procurement team can work from one account.
1.3 What documents are required for business verification?
A: Typically you will need your GST registration certificate and PAN card. Depending on your business type, we may also ask for a trade licence or incorporation certificate. All documents are reviewed securely and only used for verification purposes.
1.4 Can I update my business details after registration?
A: Yes. You can update your registered address, GSTIN, and contact details from your account settings at any time. Changes to your GST number or PAN may require re-verification by our team.
5.02. Orders & Pricing
2.1 What is the minimum order value? Are there bulk discounts?
A: The minimum order value is ₹1,000. Bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout — 5% off on orders above ₹10,000, 8% off above ₹25,000, and 12% off above ₹50,000. Free shipping applies on all orders above ₹2,500.
2.2 Can I place a repeat or scheduled order?
A: Yes. You can reorder any previous order with one tap from your order history. If your business has recurring monthly needs, contact our support team to set up a scheduled order plan with priority fulfilment.
2.3 Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
A: You can cancel or modify an order before it is dispatched. Once the order is packed and handed to the courier, cancellations may not be possible. For urgent changes, call us immediately at +91 82903 92786. Custom or bulk orders may have separate cancellation terms.
2.4 Do you offer customisation services for corporate orders?
A: Yes. We offer logo printing on notebooks, pens, folders, custom packaging, and corporate gift sets. Minimum order quantities apply for customised items. Contact us with your requirements and we will send you a quote within 24 hours.
9.03. Payments & Credit
3.1 What payment methods does Aliwala accept?
A: We accept UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and NEFT/RTGS for large orders. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
3.2 Does Aliwala offer credit terms for businesses?
A: Yes. Orders above ₹25,000 qualify for 15-day credit terms and orders above ₹50,000 qualify for 30-day credit terms. To be eligible, you need to complete at least 3 successful orders and submit basic financial documents. Contact our team to apply.
3.3 Will I receive a GST invoice for my orders?
A: Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every order and sent to your registered email. You can also download all past invoices directly from your account dashboard at any time.
3.4 Are there any hidden charges or transaction fees?
A: No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is what you pay — it includes applicable GST. Shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm the order. Some payment methods may carry a small gateway fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
13.04. Delivery & Tracking
4.1 How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery timelines depend on your location — Metro cities: 1–2 business days, State capitals: 2–3 business days, Other cities: 3–5 business days, Remote areas: 5–7 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select metros for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
4.2 What if I need urgent or express delivery?
A: Select the express delivery option at checkout, or call our support team on +91 82903 92786 to arrange priority processing. Additional charges apply for express and same-day deliveries.
4.3 How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email within 24 hours. You can also track all active orders from the "My Orders" section in the Aliwala app.
4.4 What happens if my order is delayed or goes missing?
A: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier partner and either locate the shipment or arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the delay is on our end.
17.05. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Can I return or exchange products?
A: Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are available for defective items or wrong deliveries — report these within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
5.2 How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
5.3 What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
A: We apologise for the inconvenience. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via the app or by calling +91 82903 92786. Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a pickup and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping.

6.3 Does Aliwala operate across all of India?
A: Yes. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes across India. Delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary for remote areas. Enter your pin code at checkout to check availability and estimated delivery time for your location.
